Never again!! The engravings were an absolute disaster!!!! Such a thing should not be offered, or even charged just 1 euro. I feel like crying because the engravings cannot be removed from the parts and it cannot be undone. I find it absolutely incomprehensible how one can offer such a thing. There is a mistake in it and it is completely ugly. He didn't care at all "Saying: only death is certain". I am soooo angry!!!!!

The owner of the store was already very unfriendly on the phone because I found 150 € for a door opening that was not locked at a distance of 1 km to be expensive. He demanded a text message confirming the address and the 150 € before he left. When he arrived, he demanded the 150 in cash upfront and then promptly opened the door. I then asked him for an invoice or at least a receipt, to which he ignored me, got into his car, and drove away. I contacted him the next day by phone regarding the invoice, to which he informed me that there is no invoice, but there is the possibility of receiving an invoice for a payment of 19% VAT!!!!

Fled Flanders

I wanted to open my bottle with a bottle cap with my key and then the key simply broke. Then I went there, asked him if he could quickly make me a new one and he said "sure, 12€" 5 minutes later I had my new (fitting) key in hand.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but unfortunately I have no other choice here. I had a key made. However, the key did not fit into the lock. I went back and he made some changes to the key and told me it should fit now... But the key still did not fit. This time I demanded my money back. He said a key is a "custom order" and he "cannot give me my money back". He wanted to try the key himself and asked for my address. He tried the key himself and saw with his own eyes that it did not work. But he still refused to give me my money back!! I now have a key that is completely useless, and he just took my money. Unfortunately not recommended. I am very, very disappointed here.
